Fred Rogers loves the regular season.

The 2-time HMWL Champion knotched two more team victories on this day, stretching his overall record to 4-0 and his regular season winning streak to eight.

Game 1 pitted Will Kenney in his first pitching appearance of the year against Chris Palmquist, yet to win a game from the bump since 2002.

Chris got some help from the Black Hole in the first, but gave up a costly three runs in the 2nd inning after two RBI-hits from Craig and one from Fred.

Chris and Justin did their best to tie the game in the visiting half of the third. However, after two RBI-singles, both Justin and then Chris would strike out just one run short. Craig, Fred and Will win, 3-2.

Game 2 pitted the 2005 HMWL runners-up, Fred and Will, against the two Hastings and Chris.

The visitors jumped on Fred Rogers in the second inning, where Chris hit a 2-run homer to left field, his first since Opening Day 2003.

Justin, sailing smoothly through two innings, tried to wrap up a 2-0 victory in the third. However, his pitching went awry as he gave up three triples in a row, eventually leading to three runs. Justin's late-inning pitching continues to be a weakness.

After a single and a walk, the visitors failed to tie the game as Will and Fred took the win, 3-2.

Game 3 was another low-scoring affair. Justin continued his struggles from the mound, allowing two quick runs in the top half of the first before handing the ball over to teammate Fred.

The two runs were scored by Craig's RBI-triple and RBI-single. That would be all that Will would need.

Will got some help from the Black Hole in the first inning, then calmly finished off the game, spreading three hits across the game's final two innings. Will and Craig took the victory, 2-0.
